Once your payment is processed, we begin preparing your order. If you need to make any changes, please contact us as soon as possible via WhatsApp. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, but changes may not be possible once the order is finalised.
If you don’t use WhatsApp, no problem! You can still reach us through email at support@boteno.co. However, we do recommend using WhatsApp for a faster service, but we’re happy to accommodate you through other channels.
We receive regular deliveries, and most items are restocked within 2 weeks. If you’d like to be notified as soon as the item becomes available again, just send us a message on WhatsApp. We'll keep you updated and let you know as soon as it's back in stock!
