Returns & Refunds

If for any reason you're not happy, we offer easy returns for unused items in their original condition. Please read the following guidelines below to ensure a smooth return process.
Return Eligibility:

You can return items within 28 days of receiving your order.

All returned items must be unused and in their original packaging.
Non-returnable Items:

Sealed products that have been opened cannot be refunded (unless it has been sent like this).

Additionally, expired products cannot be refunded.

If you need an invoice from our supplier or a letter of authorisation to show we can distribute brands and we can’t provide them.
Refund Process:

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria.

If the return is in accepted, we will process your refund to the original payment method.
Shipping Information:

If you no longer need a product and wish to return it, shipping costs will be deducted from the total refund amount, unless there is a defect or the product was sent incorrectly.

Return shipping costs and arrangements will be the responsibility of the customer unless there is a defect in the order.
Return Activity Monitoring:

We monitor return activity for abuse and reserve the right to deny returns if we believe there has been misuse of our return policy (such as excessive returns or fraud).
